Norfolk Open Link is the first community wireless network in the UK to provide free internet access. It has some similarities with the Nottingham NDC project.

This talks you through use of the keyboard, mouse and so on.

If you would like to try a comprehensive  online course go to:

www.microsoft.com     and type Digital Literacy into the Search box at top right. There are a wide variety of courses for people at all levels of computer competency.
